1.1 Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 7c999 and its users. These Terms apply to the use of all services offered through our platform — including casino games, slots, cricket betting, live games, and other gaming products.

By accessing the 7c999 website or registering an account, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

1.2 Right to Amend Terms

• Accounts and associated balances of anyone who provides a false age may be forfeited
• It is your responsibility to prevent underage members of your household from accessing the platform

2.2 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person is prohibited. You are required to provide accurate and complete information when registering an account, including:

• Full name (as per national identity card)
• Correct mobile number
• Valid email address (if applicable)
• Date of birth

If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete, 7c999 reserves the right to close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals.

2.3 Account Security

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7c999 processes transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile banking services. The currently accepted payment methods are:

3.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum amount for a single deposit across all payment methods is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Deposit or withdrawal requests below these limits will not be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Process & Timeframe

7c999 ensures withdrawals are processed as quickly as possible. Funds are generally sent within 5 to 30 minutes of a withdrawal request being approved. However, some delay in processing may occur in the following situations:

• Identity verification is pending
• Security review for high-value transactions
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• During system maintenance periods

3.4 Transaction Security

4.3 VIP Program

The 7c999 VIP program has five tiers in total. By playing regularly, you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP cashback is paid every Monday at a set time. VIP terms are subject to change.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

7c999 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using any kind of software, bot, or automated activity
• Exploiting any technical error in a game and failing to report it
• Colluding with other players to manage bets in a fraudulent manner
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any system on the platform

5.2 User Responsibilities

Each user is responsible for playing at their own discretion, with a sound state of mind, and within their financial means. 7c999 does not accept responsibility for any individual's financial losses. Gaming is entirely a form of entertainment — it should not be treated as a source of income.

5.3 Sports Betting Special Terms

The following terms apply to sports betting, including cricket:

• If a match is cancelled or inconclusive, the original stake for the relevant bet will be returned
• If an event is suspended due to any government directive, 7c999's established rules will be followed
• If a bet is not accepted during in-play (live) betting due to a technical issue, it will be considered void
• 7c999 reserves the right to cancel bets in the event of a clear pricing error

6.1 7c999's Authority

7c999 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms
• Providing a false identity or information
• Evidence of fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Evidence of being underage
• In response to an investigation or legal claim by the authorities

6.2 User's Authority

You may request the closure of your own account at any time. Contact the support team in this case. Pending withdrawals will be settled before closure, unless the account is being closed due to a breach of the Terms.
